I have an Acoustic b100 and a b200. Both are 15 inch speakers. One is 100 watts and the other is 200 watts. They both have effects send/return. The 200 has a speaker out.
How can I connect them so the b100 is slave to the b200? Will this increase the volume at all?

Effects send on one to the effects return of the other. This will give you both power amps and both speakers from the first unit's preamp control.

Turn both amps off and set the gain and volume (if applicable) to zero.
With your instrument volume all the way down, plug into the b200. Connect the b200 effects send to the b100 effects return.

Power both amps on. Raise the gain/volume on each amp a little. Turn up your bass a bit and test.

Twiddle knobs for what you are seeking. N.B., as pointed out, the preamp on the 100b will not be in the chain. The volume control situation with the b100 will depend on the architecture of the preamp. Good luck.
