Right cables for connecting FIREBASS w/ TVX cab?

I'm thiinking about buying a Peavey Firebass 700w head that comes with a matching peavey TVX cabinet (4 x 10 and tweeter), but the guy lost the A/C cord and the cables the last time he moved.

It occurs to me that I could buy the wrong stuff and then screw this thing up just testing it out.

I figure I'll go to the Peavey dealer here in KC on the way, but I'd like to know exactly what I need to get before I go to the store.

Anyone own these? What kind of cords should I purchase?

Any ideas?

1/4 inch speaker.

Yeah, a normal SPEAKER Cable, and just about ANY 3 prong AC power cord.

well if the peavey dealer cant hook you up with a speaker cable, then he has no business being in business

just make sure you are not using an instrument cable. the high voltage will eventually cook it.

i bought some terrific speaker cables at GC in the live audio area, i think 5' long 12 guage ones ran about 30 bucks with tax.

I've got the same head and cab and basically any good speaker cable and cord will do as long as it has 3 prongs. It's not that big a deal.
