right to left or left to right?

I've always done it the way that I do it, didn't see much choice. I've always thought inside the box so to speak in relation to pedal snake placement. I know my order but quite honestly, if I could put my pedals anywhere I wanted to to my liking, I would. But I always felt limited to pedal order. What would y'all suggest? This is the main layout of my board:

Well the main thing I would suggest is that your bypass strip, in principle, allows you to use slightly longer cables. You know, don't go crazy or anything. But if you want to put a pedal in an odd place based on fit or accessibility, you shouldn't be AS worried about long cable runs as you otherwise might be.

Are there ANY side-jack pedals that people can think of that go left to right? I can only think of top-mounted ones.
