it's a great amp! it's very clean with alot of headroom, it's really a great combination with some dirt pedals. I really don't use the ampeg anymore - but this was for a recording session where we played all live directly in and filmed it - so i thought it would be a good "visual".
This is my little rig of doom. It might not be as doomy as some of the ones I have seen here, but it's actual bass rig that's played daily. I had a big mixed rig that I posted here that was super doomy and ridiculous, but I down sized, sorted, stored, and traded to put this on together. I am happy with it and, I feel this rig suits me better it's also less to move and a lot simpler.
