Boon Gould has died at age 64. He was a key contributor, both as a songwriter and guitarist, to most of the material that propelled Level 42's exposure in the late 80s. I always thought he was undervalued. RIP.

I listened to all kinds of Level 42 in Leander, which is something you probably don't hear every day. Westwood HS, class of '89.

Sad indeed. The band would not have been the same without his input - both on guitar and as a lyricist. :(

R.I.P. Boon Gould, a very good guitarist who was perfect for his band. 64 may seem old to those under thirty, but keep living, and it won’t look old at all!
