Sad news indeed.
Also loved Coil, not so much a fan of some of the GPO works.
I was lucky to see them a few years ago on a Sunday afternoon at the Astoria in London FOR FREE!
This was due to a canceled festival they were involved with.
It was recorded for DVD and was greatly insane.
Never heard/felt bass like it, all synthesized of course, but as I say amazing.
