Do you really need a 5 string to play RnB/Soul music its really what i want to play but im just wondering if i should save for 5string i know people like braylon lacy play 4 strings... Is that low B a very usefull tool to groove in RnB Music?

Depends on the R&B:
Motown/Stax/James Brown/'70's Funk...4 should work
Neo-Soul/R&B...get a five
Modern Jazzy R&B...definitely get a five
Like Ken says, IMO/IME.
Just get a P-bass with flats...
If you find that low B useful, get the new Fender Precision 5. I play a lot of R&B and I haven't found myself needing a low B very often. A high C maybe...I'm weird...
