Do you really need a 5 string to play RnB/Soul music its really what i want to play but im just wondering if i should save for 5string i know people like braylon lacy play 4 strings... Is that low B a very usefull tool to groove in RnB Music?

Just get a P-bass with flats... 
If you find that low B useful, get the new Fender Precision 5. I play a lot of R&B and I haven't found myself needing a low B very often. A high C maybe... I'm weird...

I'm weird...Some of the best RnB was/is played on 4 stringers.
So no you don't NEED one to play RnB but if you feel you need or want one then s'up to you.

I thionk you might be confusing RnB with Gospel. Traditionally RnB is a 4 string style, Gospel needs 5s.
Depends on the R&B:
Motown/Stax/James Brown/'70's Funk...4 should work
Neo-Soul/R&B...get a five
Modern Jazzy R&B...definitely get a five

... what he said... What the five really allows you to do is play across the neck instead of up and down the fretboard. The low notes are an advantage, but it will make it easier to stay in one position to play.
Forget that Wine Red P5, Black with a Maple fretboard! Old School RnB colors... Flats too!

My buddy and I argue about this all the time, but more of a 4 vs. 5 in general and not R&B specifically... I don't think you need a 5, but it's nice to have the option for the lower notes. But as others have said the biggest advantage is being able to stay in one area of the neck and not have to jump all over to get the lower notes. I have big hands and actually find the 5 string neck more comfortable than a small 4 string neck, but that's me.
