Road Worn Precision replacement neck?

I am looking to replace the neck on my Road Worn Precision bass with a neck that looks the same as far as wear, has a maple fretboard but has a jazz nut width (1.5") and profile. Where could I find such an item? I would want comparable quality, rounded edges, decent nut, etc. Decal is unimportant to me.

Warmoth is now doing satin finish nitro necks. Not sure if they have gotten into the relic biz, but I heard they have. Check them out. Great stuff if you've never tried them.

Its not about the look of the neck its about the nut width - I want the same basic neck with a narrower nut -
