I ordered a rockboard duo 2.0 to give me a little more room on my bass board setup. It came in today and unfortunately has about 1/16” rock in it!

I guess they are keeping true to their name, but jokes aside, has anyone else had this problem?

The middle “support” also doesn’t even touch the ground. I’m not sure if it is a bending issue with the board or unfortunate “feet” tolerancing. I plan to take the feet off and see when I have more time tomorrow or Friday.

I have a 4.1 and it rocks a bit but not everywhere. The support beam makes it worse. The soft bag is garbage compared to Pedaltrain.
Don't really care. It's gonna be on some questionable floors 😃

I have a RockBoard and don't have any of these issues. Solid and stable. Bag could be of higher quality but I've been using it for so many years I can't even remember when I bought it (at least 6 years).

I'd be interested to know how Rockboard and Pedaltrain compare in terms of quality. I only have experience with the latter. Thanks for your answers!
All I have is a large Rockboard and a Pedaltrain Nano+ so I can't really compare them as they're too different but it seems they're both fine. The Pedaltrain bag is a lot better but the piping around the panels comes off in pieces all over the place. But it's padded.
Rockboard is useful for the power add-ons if you're into that.
Honestly I think the bag or case is more important.

Pedaltrain - Well Made/Simple setup (rails make wire routing easier than openings on the Rockboard)
Rockboard - Probably slightly less durable than pedal train, but also well made. Rockboard’s main advantage is accessories (if you like/need their accessory options). I really like the add on patch bay and the base plate (encloses the bottom, which significantly helps with keeping a clean setup IMO).

Will agree Pedaltrain bag is better, but if you are traveling a ton with either, I would upgrade to the case.

Yes, and unfortunately they don't take into account that the feet stick out further on the support piece because it...surprise surprise...sticks out 1/16" ish more than the frame. The cheapest solution is to add 1 or 2 washers to the corner feet between them and the frame to compensate. On my current board I also swapped the feet for taller ones so I had a smidge more room for clearance under the board.

Anyone using a Cioks dc7 without patchbay ?
I Just got a Tres 3.0 and was planning to buy a dc7 and just stick it in front of the patch slot, but have the impression that the Cioks is thin enough that the edge of the pod slot would push / bend the power cable.
