Rocktron pedals...underrated?

I was just wondering are rocktron pedals considered to be underrated? they made many pedals for guitar and has made some bass multi-effects processors. the other day, I've been looking at the reaction series of pedals and they look pretty cool and sturdy. I've been looking at the reaction chorus pedal and I've heard how it sounds from the sound samples and a few youtube clips. it's got a nice lush chorus sound. I was thinking about purchasing one. anywho, I would like to know from you are rocktron pedals underrated?

Last night, I was checking out youtube and I was looking up the rocktron reaction flanger and I came across this clip. It's demoed on bass. it sounded pretty cool. it reminds me of the boss bf-3.

Imho yes, I have 2 Rocktron pedals that are well built and work great. Tru-Loop is a blended loop pedal that works quite nicely. Heart Attack is a version of the EHX BassBalls that is in some way a bit refined I find quite pleasant.

I would of figured that these pedals are underrated. I once owned a rocktron utopia b100. it was a pretty cool sounding multi-effects processor. I like the chorus and flanger effects on the utopia b100. the distortion channel is cool too, I do find it to be a little rough sounding. also it doesn't have a blend control like the utopia b200 and b300 has. If I would of known that they have a blendable distortion channel, I would of saved a little more on a utopia b200. as of now, I'm thinking about purchasing a rocktron reaction chorus pedal. and maybe the reaction flanger based on that clip I've found on youtube.

If I purchase a rocktron reaction chorus pedal, I'll keep you guys updated on how it sounds. I'll bet it has smooth lushful sound. much like the chorus effect on the rocktron utopia b series.

GHS Strings owns Rocktron, so take my comments with a grain of salt.

I used the Dreamstar Chorus (from the boutique line of Rocktron pedals), and really liked it. It's a double chorus basically, allowing you to get some very lush sounds, which came about because some of our artists were using two Reaction Choruses in a row. So yeah, it does have a very lush sound to the Reaction.

I remember you've mentioned that on another thread, jon moody. I am aware that ghs strings owns rocktron(kinda like namco owns wolfteam) and I am familiar with the rocktron dreamstar chorus. I can understand the idea of this pedal is like 2 reaction choruses in one pedal, but I think the reaction chorus has plenty of lush sounds. I do like the smooth lushful chorus sounds that the reaction chorus has provide based on sound samples I've heard on the rocktron website and one clip on youtube. so I am considering owning a rocktron reaction chorus pedal for my bass. and maybe the reaction flanger based on a clip I've found on youtube.

As the title says, I am simply asking if rocktron pedals are considered underrated. cause I do feel that they are. not many people has ever talked about them. so that lead me to think that they are underrated. also if anyone here has a favorite rocktron pedal that they like using on bass, feel free to share it here.

A lot of that - I think - comes from the tagline for Rocktron, which is "Technology for Guitarists." Almost by default, you're stating that the products aren't for bassists, although there have been some successful Rocktron bass offerings over the years.

I'm currently using the Unity Tuner which, while it's larger than many tuners, has one of the best and biggest displays to easily and quickly read, indoors and outdoors.

I'm not exactly stating that rocktron effects aren't for bassists. I know rocktron has made effects for bass. I was simply asking if these pedals are considered underrated because not many people use rocktron effects. they usually go for effects like boss, darkglass, mxr, zoom, etc. plus they oftenly discuss these effects here and not many of them talked about rocktron effects. and this is why I ask if rocktron effects are considered underrated.
