i may be able to acquire one of three amps for free. two are the roland super cube 100 and the other is a fender frontman 15b can anyone tell me which are bass amps? thanks in advance.

Roland did make a Super Cube 100 for bass.The Fender Frontman 15b is definitely a bass amp, although less powerful than the Cube. Fender made a Frontman 15 for guitar and the 15B for bass.

If the Roland is the bass version, grab it. They make great stuff. I have a Roland CB100 Cube that I use for most gigs these days. They're really versatile dependable amps.

+1 on the Roland stuff. I've been using a DB700 combo now for about 10 years. Great amp, my fave combo of all time.

The Frontman 15B is a specific bass amplifier, as stated in the owner's manual.
