Double Bass Roland bass cubes

My Cube 60 may have been his!!!
He was probably just retired , if that , from gigging then!
A good time to share a few items of Clyde’s wisdom :
1. Always in tune .
2. Count rests. Don’t screw up your entrances.
3. Play a dynamic louder than marked . Everyone loves a little more bass (this includes you, conductors), and the bass won’t be stepping on anyone else’s voice.
4. Don’t ever play on anyone else’s gig, for any reason.
Wise words indeed.

I've been using this Roland Cube 100 for the last 8 years. I DI out to FOH and use it as a stage monitor, sounds pretty good.
I've also used it on smaller gigs, a few times I've been asked at the end of the night "where's your bass rig?", everyone is surprised to see the little Roland, it sounds a lot bigger than it is.
