Guys, my G30 transmitter will kill 2 brand new duracells in a set and a half. That's far too quick. Any suggestions ?

Roland G30 Eats Batteries

Are you sure you have brand/numbers correct? When I think Roland the series are GR-XX, but those are synths. G30 transmitter to me sounds like Line 6.
If you're talking about the Line 6 body pack, that's a known thing with them. I got Panasonic Eneloop rechargeables on the recommendation of other Line 6 users, they work great. Can easily last for a 3-4 hr gig and I just make sure they're charged up the night before. Have used the same set for 5+ yrs now, no problems.
