Reviving this thread as I just had one of these delivered today.
I am very impressed with this little guy for practice. The tone is suprisingly good for the size, the tuner works well, the chorus and flanger sound good and I like the metronome/drum machine feature. Perfect for practice in my office and it will likely work fine for acoustic jams. The battery feature is also very cool for outdoor jams.
Negatives? Pretty heavy for what it is. 15lbs is heavy for a tiny amp. Also, i like setting a metronome and drum machine to actual BPM (not by tap) and also, the delay and reverb are crappy at best. Also, the amp models aren't all great sounding. I like 2 or 3 and will never use the rest.
Best Buy Canada has them on sale for just over $150US ($199CAD). Likely a pricing mistake as they are $250US+ everywhere else. In any case, I wouldn't pay $250 for one, but for what I paid, it is a great value with lots of useable features.
Definately recommended for bedroom use and a great tool for beginner students.
