Rolling backpacks.

I just weighed my backpack. Exactly 22 pounds. I refuse, though, to get a rolling backpack. I hate those things so much. School hallways are crowded enough without people dragging their backpack a foot or two behind them. And the stairs thing that Poop-Loops mentioned takes forever and holds everyone up.

You know, in my experience that's correct, as well. :hmm:

I guess it makes sense. Overweight people tend to get tired quicker than more in shape people, so that part makes sense. And I've never heard of a guy even considering getting a rolling backpack.

I know a really small kid whose backpack is probably 35+ pounds. Every time he puts it on, he goes stumbling a few steps and almost falls down. Pretty sad to watch.

I work in a building with mostly attorney's offices and almost everyone of them has a rolling cart with tons of materials on it. It wouldn't be healthy for them to carry those materials on their, why would it for children? If the backpack is too heavy use a roller, if you don't want to use a roller don't carry all your books around all the time; thats what I did.

Rolling backpacks are for sissies. I see people around my college campus still using them, and they look like damn fools. If a backpack is too heavy, don't put all your books in it at one friggin time. Get a locker, keep them in your car or something. </vent>

Unless of course they have all the classes on the same day. And don't have lockers (I've never been to a school with lockers). And take the bus to school.

Looks like you didn't think this through, did you? :rollno:

i think they mean some thing like this [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]
you either drag it, or wear it like a backpack

Okay, so apparently you don't roll it and wear it as a backpack simultaneously. Therefore, it's something different from what I was trying to imagine. ;)
