Room acoustics newb - wall material choices

just for fun and to cause chaos in my decisions, here is a roughly scale mockup of the garage. 1 pixel equals 1inch. top and bottom are my two preferential choices so far.

(bottom image) cabs on left. basses in stands or wall mounted. then workout area with power cage, then training bikes and sitting area. the right are cars on mats. top right will be vertically wall mounted mountain bikes and a small bike/car workshop. right wall has wall mounted road/gravel bikes (3 stacks of two)

red square is optimal listening position.

first reflection points for the mirrors for the lifting platform. not ideal but i can put adsorption all around them (windows aside) and if i want to get serious i can put mirrors on the back of panels and flip them for rock and roll time.

curious on thoughts. ignoring acoustics and making a music/sitting corner would be far easier.

ceiling height will be 9ft minus materials (estimate 8ft, 11 inches). room is 24x48 but with about 7inch per wall we are closer to 22 + 10 inches and 46+10 inches.
