Root Beer

All of Nature's Brew sodas are very good an yeah their root beer is up there. And as commercial as it is, i do think that A&W is very good. Back in he 90's they had cream soda too and while i haven't had it in like 20 years, in my memory it still stands as the best cream soda ive ever had. (I wouldn't be surprised if they always had it in the states but here it was only for a short period of time).

when I was a kid there was an A&W rootbeer stand in town with carhops on roller skates, nuthin better than A&W out of the keg in a big frosty mug. Still have some of those mugs but they are mostly filled with the other kind of beer these days.

Slightly off-topic, but there is a liquor called Root, made by Art in the Age distillers. It's an 80-proof root tea (precursor of root beer). Tasty stuff, and it's not a sweetened liqueur, either. ImageUploadedByTalkBass1387690394.603721.jpg
I like it over ice. The distillery also makes a rhubarb liquor, as well. Sorry for the derail.

Back on topic: Stewarts root beer is very good, imo.
