SOLD - Roscoe Classic Jazz

This was my first 5-string bass. I love it. One thing I loved right away was the color combination; the tort pg on Lake Placid Blue is enviable. The next thing was the monster tone and with extreme subtlety. After buying, I had it set up at SF Guitarworks and they did a great job.

I'm selling this bass because I started getting the feeling after playing it for 8 months that the scale is just a tad bit long for my preference and wide at the bridge; just a bit on the big side for my preference. I tried out some other basses and just recently picked up a 34" scale F Bass with 1/4" narrower bridge. It's time for this beauty to find a new home!

Will ship to lower 48 CONUS at buyer's expense, but prefer local pickup.

Does this have a universal route for a P pickup do you know?

That is a great question. I love P/J sound. I'll look into it. I guess you mean can you swap out the neck J for p-pickup without any extra routing is how I interpret the question. If I can't figure it out, I can always email Keith Roscoe directly to ask him. Give me a day or two. Actually, I got an answer. Yes. This bass has universal routing in the neck pickup. So, only the pickup itself and pick guard need to be changed out for a P/J. :)
