Roscoe Club

Exactly. I'm pretty set, even with bags, as the stock Roscoe bag isn't bad at all, really. They are roomy, have 2 big pockets, but the backpack part isn't as well done, and the pockets are maybe too big as they kind of stick out. Not a huge deal I suppose, but something like a Mono seems a little more compact, and I can stick a Tick on it and have one less thing to carry.
The vertigo with the tick is my favorite bag, unless you have to carry it for a ways- the shoulder straps are not padded very well. But for from the car to the practice space/venue, it's great. And easy to get the bass in and out of in tight spaces (since they always give the bass player so much room  ).

View attachment 4975460 View attachment 4975461 Looks amazing. These are basement pics but as it’s nighttime and storming outside, it’ll have to do. I love how the grain was brought out in the body/back so much. Doesn’t look like swamp ash. Looks more exotic.
Steve that looks amazing. I love that combo too. From the looks of it it appears to be worth the wait but not sure how you feel about it.

either price mistake or whoever paid too much is going to get fired

Totally happy with my sale. It's going to be paired with another LG3000 with a similar finish with a Rosewood board (I think) and the normal Bart slant soapbars and rounds. My old LG3000 with a maple board and Aguilar jazz pups with flats will be a nice contrast. That will be a great pair of basses.

There is no B like a Roscoe B. There are some good ones for sure, but I have never heard one blend in with the other strings as well as a Roscoe. Close 2nd goes to a Warwick Dolphin Pro that I had years ago in my DMB stage. It was a fantastic, heavy, odd shaped so you can't really play sitting down bass, but it sounded really good.

I'm still on a dmb phase and would love a dolphin. How do the necks compare from your memory?

It was so long ago I can't really say with any reliability. I remember mostly liking it. It may have been a little fatter than my Roscoe neck, front to back. It wasn't uncomfortable to play. There are only few basses I'd like back.
My Roscoe Century Fretless 5.
My Rob Allen Mouse 30 fretless.
My Rickenbacker Chris Squire model.
Maybe my Dolphin Pro 5. It was SO heavy. Balanced fine but heavy.

Mine was very much like this:
