Roto 66 (extra light) Mini Ray experiment. What to expect?

I have only used the stock EBMM Nickel Slinky 105-45 on my shorty Ray. I like them, but I wanted to try something new so I ordered these:

It's been a long time since I've used stainless Roto wounds. I've never used 66's this light (gauge), and on a 30" scale. "Extra light" is my description not theirs. The lightest E I've used is the Cobalt flat 34" (95).

Has anyone used these short scale 66 strings?

Opinions even if you have not?

I have them on a Mustang.
Low tension but snappy. Kinda hard to describe but I’ve used the long scale version of these and the 35-85’s for years and they feel and sound the same to me.
Typical Roto stainless. A bit rough under the fingers and lots of mids.

Roto 66 were THE strings when I was a kid. I haven't played in such a long time but they feel the same like they're still manufactured the exact same way. I've never had them on a short scale and I've never had them in light gauge before but I'm enjoying it. I'm trying to remember how long it takes for the zing to wear off and what the broken in sound is like. I suppose it'll be similar on a short scale. The silks are a beautiful columbia/baby blue on these short scale, light gauge strings.
