So I was at a local GC getting my bass worked on (a tale for another post). Knowing that folks here on TB ramble on and on about them, I decided to plug into a Rumble to test out my bass , a 1x12. After a few tweaks and knob fiddling, I was greeted with a warm thick punchy tone, way impressed given the small size and price. As a comparative test, i also plugged into a newer Ampeg combo and an Orange. The Rumble simply sounded much better than either. Hats off to the Rumble, now on my GAS list.
