I know theres been threads on this but couldn't find them searching. How can I run my 2 combos at the same time with splitting my signal. Can't I use the effects loops?

Running 2 Combos At The Same Time?

two easy ways.
if amp A has a tuner output (and you want the individual tones of the two seperate preamps) plug into the input of amp A. Run a cable from the tuner output of amp A to the front input of amp B
If both amps A have an effects send you can run a cable from the effects send of amp A to the effects return of amp B. the master volume of amp B should run the overall volume of B, but it will have the preamp tone of A.
Alternately, you can run an effects out of A into the front input of B. Keep the preamp gain of B all the way down and gradually turn it up. amp B will be using both preamps and tone controlls. you may or may nto like this tone.

You can also use an A/Y/B pedal. They split your basses signal to (2) separate outputs, that would then be run to each amps normal front inputs. You'll now have the option of adjusting each amp, (anyway you want) plus you'll get foot-switchable control over using both or either amp separately. (I like this method best)

What about a line output or headphone output on a practice amp? Will that work the same way as the tuner/effects output? I'm looking to chain a bunch of eight inch combos...
A headphone out usually will mute the internal speaker. A line out will probably work.

I run my BA115HP and BA210 thru a floor A/B/Y switch. It allows switching control of the two amps, for example, silencing the one farther away and muting the local one to tune; or silencing them both for breaks which allows me to maintain my balanced volume settings. You may find issues with ground loop noise when you connect the two amps; a ground lift has been effective for me.
