Sadowsky DI Pedal power supply

Can someone that has one of these power supplies please tell what information is printed on it?

I'm particularly interested in the current rating, probably in mA.

I have an onboard preamp that I'm going to put into a stompbox so I can use it for other basses and want to get a power supply that will provide the correct voltage and current.

The current rating is pretty much irrelevant. The DI will consume only what it needs. The voltage and its polarity is the critical item.

Any boss type power supply will work. Make sure it has 9v / 500mA or so power and you should be good to go. Its ok to overdue the mA, but not the voltage. Usually its good to have some ampage on reserve for adding more pedals, ect.

Well, I just received the Sadowsky Bass preamp/di like 2 hours ago and I was wondering if my boss psa 120t adapter was fine for it... its written

In: AC 120v 60hz 9w
Out: DC 9.6v 200mA

is that alright ? or is there anything else I should checkout before using it?

Not sure about the slightly higher voltage rating, but make sure it's a "regulated" power supply.

I have several 9v power supplies kicking around my house, I test them and they were all 11-13 volts. A regulated power supply keeps the voltage in the 9 volt range by design.

Well, everywhere I look on the net it says that the psa-120t is a regulated 9.6v DC power adapter.... I guess it is then.

Obviously on the official website they say anything specific so you cant really be 100% sure it is regulated.. lol
