Purchased from a fellow TBer about 7 years ago, this bass has been meticulously cared for. Pheneomenal in every aspect, and without a doubt the nicest neck I've played.

- '59 Sunburst Finish.
- Chambered ash body. Weight is aprox 8 pounds.
- Maple Neck/fretboard
- VTC
- The original Sadowsky pups have been replaced with Nordstrand Big Splits.

Comes with a Mooradian gig bag.

I'm sad to part with this wonderful instrument, but I'm looking to raise funds for my dream bass build.

$2700

What became of the original pickups, and what difference did you hear between the different sets?

Thanks.

Purchased from well-known TBer, Maurilio, about 7 years ago, this bass has been meticulously cared for. Probably one of the nicest necks I've played, and without a doubt the nicest B string around (and I live literally down the street from the Dingwall factory!. They've played this bass and admitted the low b is stellar).

Hate to let her go, but I've got too many horses in the stable, and most of my playing these days calls for a J bass sound. Too nice of a bass to have sitting around not getting played!

$2900

Thanks for looking!

StayLow, I got the bass with the Nordy pups already installed.

I've played a Metro with stock pups, and I noticed the Nordys have noticeably more mid grunt, and a little bit more sparkle in the high end. The bottom end has the potential to be thunderous, to the point that I almost never dailed in more than 15% bass on the preamp.

Nice to run into a fellow Saskie on here!

Although unattainable at the moment, I'm hoping to one day own a Fodera. Plus, I recently purchased a pair of Lakland Skylines (Duck Dunn + DJ5), and they are getting more play than the modern.
