So I have been checking out this bass - it is a low-priced instrument which actually has a lot of build features/stylings that I like. Problem is I've never played it before and I don't see much posted about the bass or the company.

A local shop who has always valued quality instruments for a reasonable price point carries the brand (does not the particular model at this time). The owner has never steered me wrong in the 16 years I've been shopping at his store.
I am just wondering if there are any TBers who happen to own one of these instruments (or who has) and can give me some insight.
