I recently received four Sammi ME380B200 speakers from a friend that used to be a distributor. After looking around on line I found a page listing the parameters for the drivers. Plugging them into WinISD Beta I came up with a 10+ cu/ft box for each driver. Obviously this is not practical. would someone be willing to help me with a design for a nice 1X15 ported box for these drivers?

The driver is underdamped.
Put them in the largest sealed box your are willing to transport. Stuff the enclosure with damping material.

3cu ft sealed cab will work.
Btw. these drivers look(as far as the TSP's and the looks go) a lot like a pair I owned like 15years ago, not bad for a "classic" bass sound at all.
It's possible to get that driver working in a (not to big) ported cab, but then you need to add a passive 12db/oct highpass filter. This will make it to complex and expensive, not worth it.
If you wanna keep 'm, you need to go sealed.
