SansAmp PARA DRIVER DI vs. SansAmp BASS DRIVER

I'm stuck between the two, I'm looking for getting good mid bass and tone so i can cover some tool songs. Thanks for your comments (Il be using a Peavey T-40 with which ever one i decide and if there is another type you recommend this noob would very much appreciate!)
