This will be my 3rd headless build this year and perfect timing to enter in the SBO 2022...
I'm following the same design pattern as my others but this will be my first single cut petite headless fretless. I want some nice nice growl out of this one, so I'm following @Beej 's approach so this will all be built with tone woods on my tone bench with extra tone-tooling that I'll make as I need to ensure there's plenty of tone.
It will also have a nice heavy brass headpiece and solid brass bridge for toneful sustain

Current Specs as planned (scratch build)
Body wood: Black Limba
Style: Single cut (petite body 10.5" wide with scalloped back and carved top)
Finger board: Ziricote (24 fret er'um fretless) with blue Luminlay side markers (maybe ghost lines, not sure yet)
Neck: Asymmetrical Rockwood (e.g. - Greg Curbow'ish in ocean blue/grey/black - might even do my first set neck on this one)
Headpiece: solid brass (had several of these custom made to my dimensions)
Bridge/tuner: solid brass (likely another custom built item)
Pickups: on the fence on this one, considering Delano HSC quad-coils or soapbars (if I do soapbars I'll build a finger ramp out of Zebra wood [see photo])
Preamp: on the fence on this one, considering Noll 4-band with passive tone control
