Was scammed by this copy site of Motor City Guitars. They copied the real MCG site address and added the word 'shop' at the end to differentiate their site thus creating the scam site, They immediately used my info to attempt to buy Apple gift cards. My credit card company stopped them. Find your Motor City Guitar • Serving Musicians! Large selection of options available is the scam site and is still up and running and stealing.

Thanks for the heads-up! I was checking Motor City's website about a week ago, but I haven't noticed the scam site yet. Fortunately I live close enough to Motor City Guitar that I can go to the store in person.

If you go, you should tell them about the scam site so they can take any steps possible to protect themselves and their customers.

If you look at the Hugely discounted selling prices they just scream ripoff.

Take a look at the Amplifier page. When a store sells gear at a price that's less than what it cost to manufacture, it might be suspect.

I called and told them, and they said they can't control it. I reported the site to Google.

A 60-75% discount on everything would be the first red flag. Who does that?
