Schroeder JR 1000

Schroeder has a compact 1000 watt/2ohm amp coming out. Not much info on his site yet but it looks cool. I like a simple 3 band EQ as long as the sound is there. Interested to hear more about this one.

It looks very much like the Ashen AGP1000.2, of which Ashen says "a high-quality class D power amplifier designed according to our preferences and specifications and made specifically for us by a Ukrainian company"

I wonder how different these 2 amps sound?

The Mids knob on the Schroeder is not the same as the Blend knob on the Ashen.

From Ashen's webpage on the amp, the description says:

"Blend control lets you mix in unaffected signals for added clarity."

There in only one input and no FX Loop, so I don't see how the Blend control can do what they're saying - it makes no sense!

I suspect it is indeed a Midrange control.
