Sculpt a pick

I saw a bunch of handmade wood picks and I want to one too but I don't know what tools to use and how to do it, is there anybody to help me?

There are some different methods. I have made some by re-sawing wood into thin pieces (you could buy thin pieces or glue veneers together if you want) and use a jeweler's saw to cut out the shapes, then just sand them.

a friend of mine used to work for a place that made aircraft parts and engine sections. He made a bunch of picks out of a carbon they had there. Said it sounded really bright and had super grip

Because sometimes it's cool if you made it.
Although not everybody would have the means or ability to do so...

I just slice off thin strips (going with the grain) from wood on a 9 inch bandsaw I have.....then cut them into a basic shape using the same saw..

then sand them down to desired tip and thickness....

It actually doesn't take very long at all to make the initial pick......
