Searched, didn't find what I was quite looking for...

Hope some one can help out there.

I'm a "aspiring" guitarest. :D
Decided I'd like to add a bass to my collection. Just picked one up. The bass will primarily be used for practice and for laying down some tracks as I progress with my guitar playing.

I'm looking for a bass amp in the $300 range. I could go $350 if someone was to twist my arm. But, in reality, I don't need much. It's possible that it may need to be pulled into a gig setting, but I'm not going to bank on it.

What I would like to see in the amp would be
12 driver
FX loop
Headphones out
dedicated line out (not just headphones out)
at least 60 watts

I've looked at Ampeg, Behringer, Hartke mostly.

Thanks for any input you guys can give up to a six stringer.:p

** EDIT TO ADD **
It has to be an amp I can purchase through Amazon. I have a boatload of Amazon gift certificats I've collected over the past couple years. Thats how I'm planning on paying for a good portion of this amp.
