A TB seller told me the bass in their ad was ~9.5lbs. I didn't ask them to weigh it since I am good with anything under 10lbs and they had good reviews. They were great during the sale to address some minor damage during shipping and covered the cost. The bass came, didn't play it much since it was not my thing. Never gigged it. Upon trying to sell it, I discovered the bass was actually 11lbs (per a shipping store's pro scale). I notified the seller of this disparity politely. I would give them full benefit of the doubt. I haven't ask for my money back. But I did tell them I wouldn't have bought the bass if I had known it was 11lbs. Just curious what you all would do in this situation?
