Send Private Message is missing in the list of options

Hello,

I'm trying to sell some stuff on Classifieds and I was told by numerous users that they can't send me a private message, specifically "Send Private Message" is missing in the list of options.

If you go to your Privacy settings, you can control who can start a conversation with you... either People You Follow Only or Members Only. (You want the later.)

Fixed it, thanks! I had no idea why it was turned off... Really weird...
