sensitive skin

Anybody else have a very sensitive skin?
What do you do about it?

I use baby shampoo.
Unsented baby soap.
Unsented cloth soap.
No downy or anyhting else like this or my skin will be very itchy.

This morning I had to shave my beard because I had a lot of dry/dead skin underneath it.
I keep my hair shaved also partly because of that.

I'm the oposite - my skin gets very sensitive during the summer..... The heat rash and generally sensitive skin gives me itchy nights in bed during the hot summer nights. I have to be careful what deoderant and detergents I use.

I gre a goatee partially to reduce my shavable part of my face as shaving sometimes can even leave small rash marks on my face.

I still use latex gloves, no problems with allergies or reactions yet, although many have. The nitrile gloves I have tried seemed stiff and diminished tactile sensitivity. The hospital squawked about the expense, but they will get over it. Probably just raise the price of tylenal to $75. :smug:
