Sentell Jbass Pickups

have any of you heard of this guys pickups?

I happened to come upon his pickups on Ebay and tried the neck jbass one out, with 4 9mm magnets alnico V.

I paired it with an N3 I had for bridge....

Wow, his pickup has this deep, super bass sound, which I have never really heard before and i just keep wanting to play it.

Long story short I hit him up and asked him if I could complete the set by adding the bridge, since I got the N3 set for another bass, i am rebuilding. Within about a week, I had a custom hand built and tailored pickup being shipped to me.

I cannot wait to put it in my bass.

In this day and age when the corporation rules everything, every now and then I try to support one of the little guys and when I have a great experience, i share it!

I have some of his pickups, haven't installed them yet though.

Which ones, if you dont mind me asking?According to one review I read, supposedly his precision pickups are great too. he’ll even put them in a music man shell.

If I had one complaint it’s that he put thin wire leads on mine, but I got a great deal and I can always add a little shielding and a shrink tube.

Aside from that, great, great pickups.

I got a custom PJ set with one coil per string on each and lots and lots of wires...
