Sorry, my drawing got a little messed up. Here it is again, wit dots:

......................Guitar FX -> Guitar Amp
..................../
Tuner -> A/B
....................\
.......................Bass FX -> Bass Amp

That way I only need one A/B and the setup is really simple.

Sorry I should have been more specific. I was talking to the OP. It sounded like OP wanted to be able to plug in a bass and guitar and the ablity to plug into a bass rig and a guitar rig.
