Congrats. Proud owner of a Mercalli 4 and a Decision P here. Love Reverend. A lot of people find the body and headstock shape polarizing but I love it.

my Rumblefish has been my #1 for many, many years. could never convince any of my guitarists to try the brand--pity.
Nice score! I've loved Reverend for a long time, and many Rumblefish 4's and 5's. Only one left, it's my main bass. A Rumblefish 4 in Bugeye Black Chrome. Super versatile and awesome tone.

I dig it! Even though my #1 is a traditional Fender Jazz (albeit short scale), I like the aesthetic on this. Wonder if they'd ever go short scale on one of these? I see they're not averse to sub-34" basses. How is it with weight and balance?
I really dig these basses. I've been gassing for a long time but I've never been able to check one out. I think it's one of the coolest looking basses on the market.
I have an Ashdown P made in the same Korean factory as the Reverends. If it's anything like the Ashdown, it's definitely the one of the best made instruments for that price point out there.
Nice! Congrats. I've tried several Reverends, and the Thundergun was my favorite. Tone, looks, feel...it's all there. If it weren't for my G&L SB-2, I very likely would have bought a Thundergun years ago.
But I do like other Reverends, which always seem perfectly built. I like the lightweight bodies and the 12" radius fretboards, for both basses and guitars. I've considered the Mercalli 5, which is fantastic, but the neck is a little too beefy for me. I also like the Sentinel, which I'll buy if I ever switch over to short scales. They are extremely cool.

Right? I've wanted a mercaclli for a while, typically lean towards more natural finish, seafoam, classic stuff. But when I found this I just had to have it haha. Welcome to the reverend club
