Set list software for Windows & iOS?

Maintaining and printing copies of set lists is a dirty and thankless job. I'd like to move to an app solution, but my band is split between Windows and Apple stuff. (Oh, and there's a couple troglodytes who want paper.)

Is there a simple, cheap package like this?

There is an Android app for maintaining repertoare and separate setlists GigLyrics, and it's free. I guess there are other similar apps out there.

• You can maintain My Repertoare, add/change Songs with optional lyrics and info (like key, bpm, and tags for genre) for each.
• If you want lyrics, they can be added manually, via XLS import, or searched online and added
• Then create bunch of Setlists and just drag/drop songs from My Repertoare to each Setlist. You can also clone Setlists.
• When done, you can share Setlist via email/messenger or export it.
• If you use lyrics (or maybe notes for song), you can gig with that Setlist.
• App is fully offline and AI free

My band uses Bandhelper for this. They have apps for both Android and Apple. And you can easily print a setlist for those who want paper. It is really easy to create setlists and you can even have lyrics or notes for all the songs.

Basically you create a list of songs, adding whatever info you find relevant, then you can easily add songs to a setlist. You have a lot of individual control over what gets displayed in the app and how it is displayed - so each musician can see different things in the app at the same time.

When you build a setlist you can put notes in the setlist too - remind singer to talk to the crowd; instrument changes or whatever. If you enter all the song times it will keep track of how long the show will take, including set breaks; so you can build a show that will fill your allotted time.

Cost is based on the number of people in your band who need to access the app. We use the Plus version for 5 people, so that is $60 a year. They do offer a free trial, so you can test it out.

We've been using it for a few years and have had zero problems.

i've used excel (spreadsheet) for decades. we tend to use paper at the gig, but a couple cats convert it to pdf (or just take a pic) for their phones/tablets. easy peasy.

I've seen exactly two things for set lists: Plain text in an e-mail, and PDF. Those are universal.

Granted, I'm a jazz player, I play regularly in 3 bands, and also take calls. My main band has 19 players. We never have the same personnel at every gig, and we sometimes even have subs for rehearsal. The players are all over the place in terms of their interest in technology, and there's no way that everybody can be expected to use the same app.
