Seymour Duncan Effects

Well, everyone knows about this brand. I'd say the most famous pickup brand, IMO.

But why don't many people mention their effects. All of the forums here on them, which are admittedly plentiful, are rather short and abrupt. But it seems like they make really great effects, for example, I'll post a video of a Maxon real tube overdrive and a SD real tube overdrive:

You can probably guess my opinion on which one's better, but you're entitled to you're own. (just goes to show that you can't shove a tube into a small pedal and get good sounds) Big difference in (all of) SD's pedals, is that they're big. But IMO, They're really good and fairly priced. Even Bongo gives praise to they're compressor, which I might get:

And what about their Invalid Link Removed Tap Tempo, and with the right tweaking you can emulate a rate operated Slow Gear.

I think that Seymour Duncan should give more focus to their pedals, because they've got great circuit designs, terrible boxes, and terrible marketing.
