Hey all. I want to install a 2-way on/on DPDT 6 pin toggle to separate the coils in a MM pickup on a Warwick Taranis/FNA Jazzman. Mainly for a simple 60's/70's tone option.
I know there are plenty of series/parallel diagrams as shown. But if I were to separate the coils, how would I wire the switch?
I know Red/Green, Black/White for each coil so far...
Also, would I need a lil diode to keep it from
"popping" and what value if so.
Thanks in advance!

Pay no attention to the pots in this diagram. I'm using a Darkglass TC and wiring the "out" from the switch to the bridge pot.
Any help would be appreciated. THIS link doesn't show my type of wiring as far as I can tell...

Here's another from the SD site, but I need the switch wiring before going to the bridge pot... A single coil neck pup will be wired directly to the appropriate neck pot.
