Double Bass Shar Combination Bass Stand/Stool. Anyone used one?

That is a KCNC Production and Design bass stool/stand. They are primarily sold at KC Strings, and I'm guessing on the web, unless Shar is ripping it off. The original is incredible and well put together. I have friends who have used them for years. I would buy direct from the source though. *winks at Rick*

Rick may drop in here, but I'm pretty sure Shar is a dealer. Rick has established a pretty extensive dealer network for selling his products.

I guess I haven't wandered by this sight for a while, yep as far as I know I'm the only one who makes these. they work great in educational settings , helps keep the instruments off the floor and and there by the necks attached.

I recently purchased one of these stools for my double bass and it really is great both functionally and design-wise. It truly is portable and easy to assemble and take apart. Kudos to KC Strings for developing this.
