Shielding question for a dufus

So I wired her up yesterday. Quiet as a mouse, just as advertised. The only snafu I learned is that the pots cannot touch the sides of the cavity walls or it shorts everything out. Luckily, once the pickguard was fastened to the body, the pots were kept away from the walls. These Quater pounders will scream when I get the rest of the bass assembled. Thanks for your help.
