Short and simple: My bands!

I am currently playing with two completely different projects, one being a Pop/Rock band named "The Getaways" (fairly regular name, I know.) and the other being a Melodic Death Metal band named Chain Collector, wich the music video was recorded with.

The Getaways
We have some songs we recorded at rehersal out on a norwegian page, but if i tell you that you have to press the "Lytt" button, I'll gess you'll manage to listen to it ;) The site is Link Removed

we also have a myspace site, but it is not updated yet, it is anyhow Link Removed .

And we have some live video's on youtube under this user:

Chain Collector
I'm not the bassist recorded on the track (or any recorded track with this band), since it was recorded before I played with em, but I am in the video wich can easily be found on http://www.chaincollector.com , also the band have alot of songs on myspace: Link Removed

I would love some comments from those of you who take your time to listen and/or see the videoes :)

I like both :D

i realy like the way the vocals change in the metal one! tis good!

i think the pop one is good i like the way it all sounds together like the overall sound i cant pin down exactly wat it is i like about it but i definatly like it :)

Thanks! Yeah, I have gotten lot of good words on the pop band lately, a few months ago when we only had the videoes, we were called abit boring (and i kinda saw it myself) but lately that have completely changed.. maby becouse we have given the songs a makeover and I have started to play regular basslines (I do not improvise am all the time anymore, i took the coolest from various videos and put em togheter.. :p)
thanks again.

PS. What you think about the bass playing and the tone(s)? :p

It works now :)

for the pop band u have well nice tone i like the little interesting bits of bass that really stand out in the song 'lift me up'.
i like the bass sounds like a bass and holds the music together whilst still standing out as a seperate instrument not just blending into the drums and guitar so its had to tell its there. :)

nothing but good things to say from me:D
