Short scale bass VS full scale

Finding the right strings that actually fit and are on long sale is hell enough on a normal-scale bass. It's lot worse with short-scale.

People always disagree with me about this and they're still wrong.

I've been in GC when there wasn't a single set of short-scale bass strings in the store. Not one.

I don't need the added grief. Do you?

I have a Squier Jaguar. I agree that finding strings isn't easy if you're only looking in-store, but I found a set online with minimal effort. In fact...now that I think about it, I got them through the store here.
