Should I go for it? (Spector, help needed)

1st) The seller SERIOUSLY doesn't know how to string a bass.
2nd) It's a (now discontinued) Performer series bass. It's very decent. Seems an ok deal
3rd) Can't understand the damage either. If u go for it, ask for a good pic of it first.

hmm...I never knew it was discontinued.

I realized that what I thought we "glares" we actually huge scratches... but thats not a huge turn of IMO

Well, they have been sanded on. I'd be a tad wary, doesn't look like the seller really knows his onions when it comes to basses...

If you're looking to give an abused bass a good home, offer to adopt it for $150 and clean her up.

Someone hacked it with a claw-hammer.

The gouges have been sanded to even them out and look a little less drastic.

its a performer bass? I have the same bass (10x better condition) only amber burst color and the only bass I could find that matched it was the Spector Legend Classic, only the body is so slightly shapped differently I couldn't tell if it was for sure, and when I asked on here someone said thats what it was only an older model...
