Should i trade for this bass?

recently bought an ibanez afs75t red transparent semi hollow body guitar... i know, i know... it's not a bass. so, i bought it because i always wanted one and i used to play guitar... but... it just wasn't for me, i just like playing bass, so i thought i would sell or trade it. i mean, i have a bass... but, also looking for another.

anyways, should i trade for this fretless partscaster? pickups, thumb rest, tuners, pickguard, knobs are from USA fender bass.

Any idea what the body and neck are? If they are decent quality replacement parts I'd say go for it.
