Should I buy the G&L Sb-2 Tribute? I played it yesterday and it felt like an extension of my body and voice. What does Talkbass have to say on the subject?

^^After experiencing this, you have to ask??? Just go and buy the freakin' thing!!!!
OK, that's a good reason.
Will they keep it while you are saving.
At least they're closed Sundays. I'll go see about what I can do tomorrow before work, wave $200 in their faces.Word to the wise, they dont all play or sound identical, it is part of the beauty of instruments.
The one they have has a volume and a pick up pan knob.my only problem with the sb-2 is that i have an aversion to tone knobs now
Oh, I'm well aware of the pitfalls of GAS. I learned a lot the day I learned Ebay had effect pedals for sale. +/- $500 later of a bunch of pedals I didn't really need or want...just be aware of GAS and the pitfalls therein.
Enjoy the new bass![]()
