We hear lots of horror stories, but here’s the opposite. I recently had the G string of a brand new set of 9050M flats break while I was installing them, and fender is sending me a new set. Took two emails. Nice work!

I've actually only heard, read and experienced horror stories with their QC departments. I'd hope the customer service departments were helpful, good they were to you.We hear lots of horror stories, but here’s the opposite.
Maybe I should email Fender customer service about it....
