Show me your Fretless Jazz Basses!

So here I sit with an FSR Jazz and teeter-totter everyday of the idea of an unlined fretless neck from Warmoth for it (and possibly a black pearl guard).
I would be doing it for "feel" more than tone or "muah", as I play mostly rock and folk of various types. I just prefer the feel of fretless, I guess. Probably from learning how to play on a '79 Ibanez MC940.

Anyways sorry to bore you guys to absolute death. Let's see some basses!

Here is my custom Fender Aerodyne. It started out as a stripped body. I found a MIJ Fender Jazz Bass Special Neck, added Hip Shot Hardware, Nordstrand Pickups,TI Flats and you get one great Bass.

On the right is my 'baby'..a Fender Jaco Pastorius artist series fretless jazz with Rotosound roundwound nickels.

The MIM Fender standard fretless (left) wears Fender flatwounds and plays oh-so-smooth! I regret selling that one.

To be honest, they're the only strings I've had on that neck so I don't want to recommend them yet, at least not purely for sound. They do look good, but I will be going in another direction shortly I think. I do like DR strings, but these might work better on a wooden fretted neck.

Here's a 'Before & After' shot of my Squier VM Fretless Jazz.
I replaced the stock bridge with a Gotoh 203, replaced pots & jack with CTS & Switchcraft units, replaced the cap with one off an old Tele, pickups have a push/pull for series/parallel, added an aftermarket pick guard, some Fender-style knobs and a Fender pickup cover & pull bar/thumb rest.
I think it turned out quite well!

Just a run of the mill 2003 Fretless Jazz that I bought second hand and that plays like butter:

Looks blue but it is actually Sage Green Metallic. I guess my cell phone camera is a bit color blind.
